Good News / Bad news & YELLOW GUNK

Blog # 6, Day 15

What’s a few days between friends

Just a very quick update. The Good news is that Deena has fully recovered from her last heat treatment and when we sat with the Clinics Blood Specialists yesterday we actually saw the Lyme Bacteria Borrelia in Deena’s blood, and could also see it dying. Borrelia is a very clever bacteria that often remains undetectable until you heat up the body. The picture below shows blood cells with the Borrelia smiley face - yes it really shows up as a smiley face !!

The Bad news is that after spending hours with a whole range of doctors we “ALL” agreed that Deena needs to extend her stay by a few more days so that 3 sessions of Therapeutic Plasmapherese (blood washing) can take place. This process can be very useful for the treatment of neurological disorders as it removes further toxins from the blood and replaces them with healthier Plasma.

No-one can guarantee if this is going to help Deena, however When-In-Rome …… I also spent yesterday afternoon reading a 20 page John Hopkins University Hospital paper on the benefits of Plasma removal for Cerabella issues and I was sold !!

The yellow tube below is a cylinder full Deena’s plasma. This is from today’s blood washing, and if you zoom into the bottom of the tube you’ll be able to see several inches of “YELLOW GUNK”. A technical German term used to described toxic Plasma. They were actually surprised to find so much, so the decision to repeat 3 times seems justified.

Unfortunately I am flying back to NYC tomorrow. 7 Schnitzels in 15 days must be some kind of record and if I don’t leave Bad Aibling soon I may have to check into an obesity clinic. Don’t worry I am being replaced by friends and family over the next week.

For those technically able, Deena always loves to read the comments.
